A: No problem! Yes, we'd be pleased to provide you with any dispensers you need - manual or touch-less, or solution - non-alcohol or alcohol-based methods.

Q: Why is there a shelf on your stations?

A: The exclusive shelf on Germgo stations makes it convenient for people to set down personal items while washing their hands. Otherwise, visitors won't bother stopping.

Q: Is assembly required?

A: The stations are pre-assembled but shipped in two parts. The top is bolted to the bottom on-site using 2 bolts. They'll be getting attention and cleaning hands in mere seconds.

Q: How durable are they made?

A: All steel painted surfaces have a powder-coated or nickel plated chrome finish which resists chipping and bacteria growth. Durable plastic is used for the topper and ThermoFoil MDF board is used for the shelf. The poster graphics can be printed on plastic or card stock.

All parts are made from long lasting, non-porous materials, and easily cleaned with any non-abrasive cleaners.

Q: Are they sturdy enough to work with manual dispensers? Will it tip over?

A: Germgo Sanitizer Stations are designed to be used with manual or touch-less dispensers. They're very sturdy and will not tip over easily.

Q: How can we mount dispensers on our Germgo Stations?

A: All dispensers can be mounted with double-sided tape or with metal screws, both provided when you choose to purchase dispensers and solution with your station.

Q: Can we quickly move Germgo Sanitizer Stations in an emergency?

A: Germgo Sanitizer Stations can be slid on smooth surfaces. These stations are intended to be portable, yet strong enough to not tip over. Two people can easily lift and move them.

Q: How do we order our custom-printed topper and poster?

A: You can choose from one of our designs, then add your logo or other creative. We will create a proof and e-mail it to you for your approval before printing.

Your graphic file is accepted in AI, PDF, or EPS formats for production. We will help you with any questions you may have at time of your order.

Q: What is the lifespan of your stations?

A: There are no moving parts and virtually nothing to break on our stations. When used as intended in indoor locations, your station would provide many years of sanitizing and awareness to people entering your building.

Q: Are your stations wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes. All Germgo Sanitizer Stations are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. We recommend mounting your sanitizer stations at no more than 8" higher than the top of the shelf.
